Good News!

The Central Banks of Europe and the US have decided to pool their resources, or so the news goes, and the market liked it, for today, at least. In the end, this was the best day in months and the market finished barely down for November. I, of course, finished selling 3 days ago, just before the recent big move. Frustrating. Still, I’m following the strategy, and while the strategy will not always keep you in front of the market, it will (almost always) keep you out of trouble. RYSEX, sold only a few days ago, is once again in buy range, so I’ll be buying it again tomorrow.

Real Bad

Europe and slowing economic growth in this country weighed heavily on the market yesterday. BGRFX, JMCVX VMISX JMVSX and DHLAX have all hit their sell points and will be sold at the close tomorrow.

Catching Our Breath

The sickening slide ended today, for today…but who knows what tomorrow will bring? The Fed said that the economy is not doing as well as expected, but hey, it could have been worse. No changes in the portfolio for tomorrow.
